A Smokin’ Hot Night
Guests took a deep dive into the world of Q at the TMBBQ Behind the Pit Dinner held February 19 at Louie Mueller Barbecue in Taylor. Fans enjoyed delicious ’cue, ice cold Shiner Beers, and a behind-the-scenes guided tour of the pit room. Texas Monthly Barbecue Editor Daniel Vaughn was on hand to host a Q & A session with pitmaster Wayne Mueller, who shared secrets of the trade.
