Join Texas Monthly barbecue editor Daniel Vaughn for a pilgrimage to four of the best barbecue joints in Central Texas. Climb aboard in Austin for the day-long tour; meet the pitmasters, learn trade secrets, hear Vaughn’s barbecue tales, and of course, enjoy amazing barbecue and ice-cold beverages at each restaurant. Ticket price includes beverages on the bus and one meal and beverage at each stop.

- The Original Black’s Barbecue | Lockhart
- Franklin Barbecue | Austin
Pick-up: 9:00 a.m. (Bus departs 9:30 a.m.)

*Look for the TMBBQ Road Trip bus and parking signs. There is plenty of street parking available nearby, so please utilize the street parking or lot across from the Texas Music Museum. Please do not park in the museum parking lot or Franklin Barbecue parking lot. Please remember to take your valuables with you when you leave your car. Texas Monthly is not responsible for any break-ins or damages that might occur.

NOTE: No outside alcohol, beverages, or coolers allowed on the bus.
