Brisket lacked flavor; I thought it would be the opposite as they use mesquite. Sausage was standard. Ribs were disappointing. Good coleslaw, green beans and sweet bbq sauce.

Got the moist brisket, sausage, and pork ribs. Brisket was good; would've liked more crust and bite to it. Sausage was okay; nothing special. Pork ribs were nice and tender and slid off the bone with ease. Sides were solid; overall nice little Q place in heart of wine country.

Had a sliced beef sandwich and potato salad. Both were great! I'll definitely be back! This place will make you throw rocks at cooper's

Moist brisket lacks a bit of flavor, but is absolutely perfectly flakey. Definitely have to try the special recipe German BBQ sauce!
