Got the Big 3 combo - brisket, ribs and venison sausage. Blues in the dining room, always a good choice. Nice clean new location, friendly service. Ribs are tender with a nice mild smoky flavor, pull apart with the right amount of tug. The sausage is juicy and flavorful without being gamey. The wood flavor on the brisket is welcome, nice tasty bark on a tender "mixed" brisket. Juicy and lean all in one. Sauce is tangy and tends to overpower the subtle wood flavor. Best kept to the side. Dirty rice... Just give me yours! It belongs in a gumbo shack in LA. Mac & Cheese had almost a creamy parm flavor that makes it so comforting. Will definitely be back!
