Stopped here for dinner after a training class. Was a little puzzled when the manager asked me what was in my cup since no outside drinks were allowed. Oh well. I would say this is mediocre BBQ, not bad but not so great. Had the three meat combo (ribs, brisket and sausage) and for the price you got a good meal. Brisket was a lil dry and not that tender. The sausage was seemed mushy when you chewed it. The ribs were cooked great, not over cooked and you had to bite them off the bone, not fight them off the bone. The ribs also had a shuttle sweet flavor. The ribs were my favorite of the three and the cole slaw was good.

Second visit. Had the turkey and brisket. Both were very good. They have excellent BBQ beans.

Solid all the way around. Good smoky flavor on the ribs and brisket. Sides were good also. Missed beef rib special. Only on Thursday.

Meat lacked smoke, sausage was really greasy and mushy. I got moist, the lean looked a little better and had a bit of bark

Solid job with the brisket and sausage. Good bark and fatty ends. Great service. This place keeps getting better for me.

Ok que. Definately ask for your preference in cut of brisket, or you will get lean. Has descent bark, but lacks smoky flavor. Sausage is done very well. Nice texture and flavor with not much resistance from casing. Ribs just ok.Sides just ok. Wonder where the smoke and pit is though! Dont see it inside or out. Just hope its not glorified baking goin on in there...
