This incredible line-up for the 3rd Annual Wine & Swine should be enough to get you there. Well, that and the fact that it’s only $75 for a ticket. It will be from 1-4 on Sunday, November 10th.

Aaron Franklin, Franklin Barbecue (Austin) – South Carolina-Style Whole Hog Sliders with Vinegar & Red Chile Flake Mop and Slaw.

Rene Ortiz and Laura Sawicki, (Austin) –  Cubana Frita, Mojo Cubano & Chimbe Sauce.

Jason Dady, Jason Dady Restaurants (San Antonio) – Pork and Beans Belly, and Pork Shoulder with Fermented Black Beans, Rice Cake and Thai Inspirations.

Wine & Swine is a fundraising benefit to support culinary grants for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance, Central Texas’ newest culinary nonprofit, which is dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Central Texas food and beverage community. The Alliance gives back to the local culinary community through its vibrant grant program for chefs, farmers, artisan producers and nonprofits by funding projects focused on culinary innovation.
